About the Event
Performance, Presence and Storytelling
Consider this your artist date for the week!
How do you improve your stage presence?
How do you entice and enthral your audience as well as play the songs you've written?!
How do you craft a set list?
How do you walk on stage with confidence?
You've written the songs, you know them back-to-front, you've booked your show...now all that is left is to get up on that stage and own it. Easy. Right?! Let's go deeper into the PERFORMANCE of your songs and practice a few tricks to have them screaming encore at the end of your set.
You will need a mirror, pen and paper and possibly a private space where you can make funny noises and talk out loud without anyone hearing. You need a space where you can be free!

The only rule, if you share - there are NO DISCLAIMERS.
We all enter the Zoom Room with the understanding that this is a SAFE SPACE where early ideas can be shared, changed, deliberated over and massaged into the best form possible.
- No disclaimers or excuses or “i’m not sure, it’s not finished, i’m not sure”
- No self deprecating comments
- Play one song or read one poem. Doesn’t have to be finished.
- Positive feedback only
